Ishtiaque (Taq) Ahmed has over 25 years of industry experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) and InformationTechnology (IT). He was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and a Senior Consultant at IBM/MRO Software, Inc. Prior to forming ECDS Mr. Ahmed worked as a senior consultant advising Fortune 500 companies on EAM implementation. Mr. Ahmed is an expert in linking EAM strategy to operational efficiency. Mr. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Military Academy, Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Northeastern University,Boston, MA, and a Masters in Technology Management from University of Pennsylvania || Wharton. He is a Moore's Fellow from University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering.

He is a strong team oriented manager who strives and achieves quality results. His experience includes extensive project management and consulting experience, in several industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transportation, Aerospace, Facilities, Process and Industrial. He has successfully managed complex projects with multiple agencies and stakeholder representation working with senior management of client organizations.
